Art is one of the strongest forms of expression and an amazing way of communication. Life is too hectic today and one of the outcomes is an immense amount of stress and strain. Among other ways, art therapy is a proven solution to reduce stress and it is helpful to those who are concerned about anxiety and panic attacks.
Art therapy opens avenues to self awareness and this leads to a higher level of emotional intelligence (EQ). This results in being able to manage one's own emotions, it brings a higher level of empathetic interactions with those around us. Art therapy also helps reduce physical pain, stress, aggression, and irritability. Join in for an outlet to express whatever you are feeling, be it anger, euphoria, guilt, frustration, sadness, love or any emotion conceivable.
Unlike the misconception that only those who are good at arts can benefit from art therapy, there is no limitation on who can avail this wonderful practice.
