High-intensity interval training or HIIT is a kind of workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity. It burns fat, aids in weight loss and stimulates metabolism—all in a healthy and efficient way. All levels are welcome!
Customized healthy meal plans to complement the fitness training are also available on request.
Duration: Each HIIT session is 5 weeks long
Days & Timings: Mondays to Saturdays from 7 to 8 PM
Fees: Rs. 15,000 per person per session of 5 weeks. Students get a discounted rate of Rs. 12,000 per student per session. Please inquire about group discounts. This price does not include the price of any equipment which each participant is required to procure themselves. Our fees are invoiced in advance (monthly) for each session. Payments must be made by the 10th of the month at the latest. Late or missing payments will result in your place being given to the next person on our waiting list and you will be asked to book a slot which is available thereafter.
