This session combines meditation with a fun-filled session of painting with Mehreen Hashmi. It's about being fully present in the moment through a few exercises with the instructor playing fun games to create and paint with ease.

Prior experience is not required.

Mehreen Hashmi is an eminent artist exhibiting in different countries for over a decade, a graduate of the Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture, a curator, and an educator who has initiated several art ventures during her practice. Pioneer art critics of Pakistan have reviewed her work including Marjorie Hussain. She has received the Millennial of Inspiration award and the Prince Claus Mobility fund. She has initiated several projects based on cultural exchange, art education, public art, and curatorial activism in Pakistan and Europe.
